Yoga lessons

When I think about Yoga I think about the Maharishi, and now, of course, about Margreet's lessons in preparation to giving birth. Last night, I must come along to prepare myself as "coach" to Margreet.
What you see below in the pictures, is not for giving birth, it is just for relaxation...

Well, just the night before this session there was a broadcast of "Woodstock" on TV, I let the TV on and came by every now and then to take a look. An amazing film. Sitting there on the yoga mats I just couldn't stop thinking about that film. Anyway, this looks more like a blog post for Antonio's Choice, so I better stop now. But before that, remember: Peace.

My Dad, American Inventor

An interesting article from The New York Times about those modern busy fathers.

My Dad, American Inventor
By STEPHANIE ROSENBLOOM
As more fathers have taken hands-on roles in child rearing, their inventions are increasingly inspired by personal experiences.
Follow this link for the complete article.

So, it is possible to combine parenthood with hipness and design, as they proof with their inventions. I'm particularly charmed with the "messanger bags" from dadgear.

I think that Margreet would be interested in the Tote-a-tot...

And what about the baby?

fun in the water

The last couple of days we have had nice weather here in the Netherlands. Time to go to the boat. One day with friends, another day just the two of us, and yesterday with Lucas and Corrie (Margreet's brother and sister-in-law) and their kids Jeroen, Manon and Dennis.

It hasn't been a warm summer so far, this weekend for the first time close to 30 degrees, but the water is still around 22 degrees... you can feel it's still cold.

Margreet dared a dip in the water and the baby was a little bit surprised!! you can almost see the baby swimming up above water! We were also surprised, but later Margreet got used to the water, and the baby too.
