Facts of life......

Since the day he was born, I have a book for Gaizka in which I make notes of his little steps growing up.










In this book, all the people that visit Gaizka, write a little note to him, so that later on he will read about the start of his life.

Since the second day he gives us a beautiful smile, which probably was not intended at first, bus all the visitors got to see it. Since day 12 he made that smile a lot bigger with an open mouth and all the way up through his eyes. Beautiful and intended. He's a quick one. Of course he alternates the smile with a huge variety of cries. Well, that's the deal and we just go along with it.













From day 10 he was over his birth-weight. All the baby's lose some weight in the beginning, but now he's gaining and gaining. Today he measured 3635 gram. 6 days ago it was still 3340 grams. But he started out with 3295, so he's eating, that's for sure.










A few days ago Antonio his sister Moravia and her husband Dedier were here. This was very special, since they were here so soon after Gaizka was born. They got the chance to admire their new nephew. I think Gaizka looks after his father so he must also look after his Tia Moravia........
















And now we are going to see if he also looks like his cousin Valeria, who was born yesterday in Caracas.
